2. Processing & Delivery Time
- Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- Standard Delivery: Once dispatched, expect your delivery within:
- City Areas: 1–3 business days.
- Regional Areas: 2–7 business days.
- Please note: Delivery times may vary during holidays, sales events, or due to unforeseen courier delays.
3. Shipping Costs
We believe in transparent pricing. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location:
- Flat Rate: ৳70 inside Dhaka / ৳130 outside Dhaka].
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over ৳5000.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms
To provide you with the most secure shopping experience, we offer Cash on Delivery.
- No advance payment is required for the product.
- Please have the exact amount ready for the delivery agent to ensure a smooth transaction.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been handed over to our delivery partner, you will receive a confirmation via [SMS/Email] containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment’s progress.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will typically attempt to deliver your package two to three times. If you are unavailable, they will contact you via the phone number provided.
Important: Repeated failed deliveries or refusal to accept a COD order without a valid reason may result in the suspension of your account for future orders.
