Risk-Free Shopping

  • Zero Upfront Costs: We believe in the quality of our sneakers. That’s why we offer Cash on Delivery (COD)with no advance payment required. You only pay once the pair is in your hands.

When Can You Return or Exchange?

To keep our operations sustainable, we accept returns or exchanges only under the following specific circumstances:

  • Incorrect Order: You received a different model or color than what you ordered.
  • Manufacturing Defects: The product arrived with visible damage or flaws.
  • Sizing Issues: The fit isn’t right (subject to stock availability).

Note: To be eligible, sneakers must be unworn, uncreased, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

The Return Process

  • Timeframe: Please notify our team within 24 hours of delivery if you encounter an issue.
  • Communication: We value mutual respect and clear communication. Reach out to our support channels to initiate the process.
  • Delivery Fees: If the return is due to a mistake on our end (wrong size/damaged item), we cover the shipping. For all other valid exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return delivery charges.
  • Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item to ensure it’s in its original state, we will finalize your refund or exchange.

Important Terms

  • Exclusions: Items bought during clearance sales or custom-ordered pairs are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to decline a return if the sneakers show signs of outdoor wear, damage caused by the customer, or if the return request lacks a valid reason.
